Mat classes are open to all. Reformer classes are reserved for members.

Mat Pilates
Rooted in classical Pilates and guided by the rephorm method, our mat classes prioritize intentional movement, breath, and connection. You’ll move through slow, controlled sequences designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore your body from the inside out. Bands and light weights are offered but always optional—allowing you to choose the level of intensity that feels right for you.
Expect a true nervous system reset: a deep burn, a deeper exhale, and the kind of grounded clarity that stays with you long after class ends.
Semi-Private Reformer
A high-touch, small-group reformer experience designed for deeper work and personalized attention. With only three clients per session, each class feels tailored to your body, your goals, and your growth. Controlled resistance, mindful sequencing, and focused coaching deliver results you can feel—and see.

Rephorm exists because Pilates changed my life.
I didn’t purse a 500-hour comprehensive certification to teach movement — I did so because this practice carried me through seasons that nothing else could. After years of searching for ways to heal my body and quiet my mind, it was Pilates — taught to me as a practice of presence, breath, and care — that helped me rebuild from the inside out.
The decision to open Rephorm came from that same place. From the experience of being held by a former instructor and mentor who showed me that Pilates could be more than a workout — it could be a pathway to healing, strength, and coming home to yourself.
It wasn’t until I stopped trying to fix myself and instead returned to myself, to God, to breath, and to regulating my nervous system that everything began to click. That understanding is woven into every element of the Rephorm method.
The Rephorm method combines intentional movement, specific breathwork, and focused presence to create a practice that builds strength while supporting nervous system regulation. Every class is designed to be transformative — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is more than a studio. More than a workout. And it always will be.
