01. I’m new to Pilates. Can I take class at rephorm?
Absolutely. Our classes are intentionally designed for all levels, and our instructors offer guidance, modifications, and form cues throughout every session. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll feel supported, challenged, and safe in your movement.

02. What’s the difference between mat and semi-private reformer?
Mat classes focus on strength, control, and full-body engagement using your own bodyweight and props. Semi-private reformer offers a more personalized experience with only three clients per session, using resistance-based equipment to deepen the work. Both build strength, stability, and endurance—just in different ways.

03. What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself and water if you prefer your own bottle. Grip socks are optional for reformer and mat classes. We provide all mats and props, and the studio always has water and hot tea available to help you ground in before or after class.
