REPHORM EDUCATION

BECOME A PILATES INSTRUCTOR

230-Hour Mat + Reformer Teacher Certification

$2,900 // $900 Enrollment Deposit // All training materials included

You know the difference when you're in a class with a really great Pilates instructor.

They understands the movement, of course, but it's more than that. They knows what they're looking for. The cues make something click in your body and the programming makes sense. They can adjust without losing the room, and confident without performing. Somehow, you leave feeling like you got exactly what you needed that day.

That's the kind of instructor we want to teach you to become.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

A strong foundation and the experience to know what to do with it.

01 — MAT + REFORMER
Build a strong command of foundational through intermediate Mat and Reformer repertoire, with an emphasis on understanding each exercise—not simply memorizing choreography. You’ll learn setup, alignment, intention, spring selection, progressions, regressions, modifications and transitions.

02 — PILATES FOUNDATIONS + MOVEMENT PRINCIPLES
Learn the foundational anatomy, terminology, alignment principles and movement concepts that help you understand what you’re teaching, what you’re observing and why you’re asking the body to move a certain way.

03 — THE ART OF TEACHING
This is where knowing Pilates becomes knowing how to teach it. You’ll develop your cueing, observation, programming and communication skills while learning how to lead different bodies, experience levels and personalities with confidence.

04 — PRACTICE TEACHING + APPRENTICESHIP
Eighty hours of the program are dedicated to putting your education into practice. You’ll teach, receive feedback, refine your approach and progressively take on more responsibility before your final test-out.

05 — THE REPHORM METHOD
Learn how we bring breath, intentional movement, instructor presence, nervous-system awareness and client experience into the room—along with professional development, public speaking and personal branding designed to help you find your own voice as an instructor.
